This company received Auto-parts International Certificate ISO/TS 16949:2002 first in the metal processing industry, which is the 15th award within this country at the awarding ceremony held on November 8th.
The ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certificate is ISO(International Organization For Standardization) and IATF (International Automotive Task Force) jointly established auto-related quality systems requirement, which was integrated quality systems that was adopted by the auto-makers of the respective countries world wide.
This company, with the obtaining of this certificate, under the principles of : clients centered, leadership, total participation of the employees, process approaching methods, ceasless renovation, practical approachment of the decision making, mutually beneficial supply relation, etc, of the quality management; will offer satisfaction to the clients and, thereby, will get a step closer to the customers slanted services, with which we can promote the confidence of the products by drawing, development, manufacturing, service, etc, on the renovation of the rust prevention oils, rust prevention coating products and functional surface treatment agents which we are supplying to the automotive assembly lines.
This company starting with the receiving of the ISO 9001 certficate in 1994 first within the industry and obtained ISO 14001 in 1998, ASME NQA-1 and then in 2000, QS-9000 respectively and kicked off the Clients Satisfaction Management system at the same year, In 2002, also was awarded with the Best Quality Management Award(Medium and Small Enterprise part) which is the highest honor quality part at the 28th National Quality Award Convention.
For the obtaining of the ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certificate, this company drawn up so called comprehensive plans last February and, but without getting the outside consulting, only through TFT activities of our own and holding the workshops. In 1984, we introduced TQC system and thereafter it is quite significant to building up of the comprehensive management system after enforcing the management renovation activities for nearly 20 years.
